Questions About Boldily Products
Are the pictures on the site an accurate representation of the product?
Images on our website are as accurate a representation as we can manage. There may be ever so slight differences in actual colour due to lighting and the image editing process.
What if I want more information for an item?
For more information on products or anything else send us a message and we will do our best to satisfy your query.
Can you provide a size chart?
Most products requiring a size chart have them included in the product image gallery (underneath the product description). If there are no size charts let us know via the messaging system and we will happily provide a chart for the particular product/s that captures your interest.
Questions About Orders
How do I make changes to an order?
Once your order has been placed we are unable to make any changes to the order. You may be able to cancel the order if we have not already processed it. Please contact customer service and we’ll see what we can do.
How do I make sure I order the right size?
We have included size charts in the photo gallery of most products. Please check the size guide to make sure you order the correct size.
If you cannot work out the size you need from the size charts, do not hesitate to get in touch and we will be happy to help.
What should I do if my order doesn’t show up?
Some products can take up to 30-days for delivery. We advise waiting at least that time before contacting us to let us know that your order has not shown up.
If your order still hasn’t shown up after 30-days, get in touch with us and we will speed into action to rectify the situation.
I received the wrong items, what should I do?
First of all, take a few deep breaths. It will release endorphins that cause a natural calming effect. We know it’s frustrating and we will do our best to make everything right. Just contact customer service with your order number and we will sort it all out.
Questions About Shipping
How long does shipping take?
That does depend on what you order. Some of our products are shipped from warehouses in Europe and the UK. Those shipping times will be 2-5 days. Other products are shipped directly from China and generally arrive 10-20 after the order has been placed. You’ll get exact delivery details on your order page.
Can I track my order?
You sure can. Once your order has been shipped we will email you with a nice shinney tracking number that you can use to monitor your items as they make their way to you.
Will I have to pay for international shipping duties?
International duties may be applicable for shipping to your country. If so, you will be responsible for paying these duties and the customs representatives will get in touch with you directly.
Do you ship to my country?
The short answer is, probably. We ship to most countries. Here is a list of the most common ones:

Returns and Refunds Questions
What is your refund policy?
Do I have to pay for returns?
That depends. If the product is faulty or we sent the wrong items, we will foot the bill for returns. If however, you changed your mind or damaged the items yourself then you will need to pay for the return. We can work out the finer details if you simply contact customer service with your return query.
How long will it take for a refund?
Refunds can take up to 7-days after we have received your return. It all depends on the complexities of the return. If it is a straightforward return the refund will be initiated immediately upon receipt of the returned items.
What should I do if I can’t find answers to my question?
Do not suffer in silence. Get in touch with our customer service immediately and we will answer your question as quick as we can.
Do you have a phone number?
Currently, we do not have a phone number to handle customer queries. As much as we would love to hear your beautiful voice, we are a small business and do not yet have the capability to handle telephone queries. We’ll make up for it by answering web queries fast, though.
